Sometimes life changes in a quieter, more intentional way — and this was one of those.
I had the opportunity to help a couple sell their home after becoming empty nesters. The house that once felt full of the patter of little feet, activities, and busy schedules had simply become more space than they needed or wanted.
They were ready for something different — less upkeep, less responsibility, and more freedom to enjoy this next phase of life. Their goal was to be closer to a walkable downtown area where they could enjoy restaurants, events, and a simpler day-to-day lifestyle.
